During the day of your birthing time, I will be by your side. We will be a team working together to support you as you birth. That may mean encouraging you, advocating for your birth wishes, massaging your back, doing hip squeezes or other counter pressure moves. It also means supporting your new role as a mother, such as assisting you with breastfeeding or just being a listening ear when you just want to voice your concerns.
This calling is a culmination of my love for nurturing, my belief in the power and strength of women's bodies, and my dedication to creating a positive and empowering birth experience for all.

Doula Services
While childbirth is amazing, it can also be difficult and scary. I believe that education, preparation, and an amazing birth team can help the birth experience be wonderful and peaceful.
My services include:
- A complimentary meet and greet to see if we are a good fit for each other and to answer any questions you have.
- A prenatal meeting at 36-38 weeks (60-90 min) focused on birth hopes and postpartum care wishes and how I may best support and assist you and your birth partner (if applicable)
- Text, phone, and/or email support any time to discuss your questions or concerns
- 24 hour on-call availability the day of your birth
- Birth story capturing your experience, as well as photography as my availability allows
- Postpartum meeting (60-90 min) at 2 weeks to support lactation, nutrition, emotional well-being, and transition into motherhood.

About Me
I am a mother of two girls, both born naturally with the help of a doula and a midwife. I am a former chiropractor and teacher who has a passion for supporting the social-emotional wellbeing of women and children. As a doula, I come to serve. My role is to strengthen those I support and leave them thriving in their new rhythms of life.
I am certified through DONA International as a birth doula, birth educator, and lactation counselor. I also hold a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, B.S. in Human Biology, and a M.Ed in Education. My chiropractic background helps me better understand the ways in which the intrinsic nature of the human body works and how best to support it during labor and birth. I carry a unique perspective that allows me to see the holistic approaches I can take to best support your birth experience.
As women, we have options and choices when it comes to childbirth and the postpartum season. Birth is beautiful, but it is not easy. My mission is to be present with you through the highs and lows of this incredible journey and help you have the birth you want.
